Northstar™ provides our Service to you subject to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using our Service in any way you are agreeing to comply with these Terms, which we may update from time to time without notice. These obligations will survive any termination of your relationship with Northstar™ or your use of our Service. Northstar™ reserves the right to assume the defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Northstar™ in asserting any available defenses.

SPECIAL LIMITATIONS ON USE OF OUR SITE

Northstar™ makes no representation that materials or services described on our Service are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States or our applicable serving territories within the United States , and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access our Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
