I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please contact the Northstar™ support team via email northstar@truenorthtechnology.com or by phone at (866) 253-5988, ext. 5008 for account verification and password reset

To change your password log into the Northstar Desktop™ and select the “User Profile” menu option. From there, change the password in the password field to your new password and press “Update Profile.” (NOTE: You may see an error message after this step; however, this is a false message. Your password was correctly changed.) At that point, you can log out and then log back in using your updated password.
