Imagine Solutions is a company that creates technology solutions for the medical community. Their software was created to enable doctors and medical professionals within a medical practice to manage their daily responsibilities, which included patient management and managing the records associated with a medical practice. The functions ranged from analysis of patient care, prescriptions, insurance, patient financial responsibility, and patient scheduling.
The Imagine Solutions software was designed by a team of medical professionals in cooperation with software experts. Within only seven days, Imagine Solutions had the solution to their accessibility problem – Northstar allowed them to deliver their software as a service directly to their users, on any workstation, at any time, with a standard Web browser.
No software modification was required, and within a month, Imagine Solutions was capable of offering its medical practice software to major clients nationwide as a remotely accessible software service.
